There’s Lazy Mayzie, Gertrude McFuzz, all the Who’s of Whoville, and, of course Horton the Elephant. All of these wonderful Seuss characters, as well as the mischievous Cat in the Hat, are brought to life through the eyes of Jojo, a young boy and “thinker of strange and wonderful thinks”! It’s by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (they brought you Ragtime and Once on This Island) and includes many styles of music such as latin, pop, swing, gospel, R&B and funk.
