The Association of Kansas Theatre (AKT) invites you to attend their annual gathering with a day of theatre, workshops, and idea sharing, as we present March Theatre Madness 2010 at Topeka Civic Theatre & Academy in Topeka, Kansas on Saturday, March 20, 2010.

The schedule of events is as follows:

8:00-8:45am	Registration
9:00-10:30am	Workshops 1, 2, & 3
10:30am-12:00pm	Workshops 4, 5, & 6
Noon-1pm	Lunch break (On your own, TCTA volunteers can offer recommendations.)
1:00-4:00pm	10 Minute Theatre Madness*
4:00-4:45pm	Annual AKT Meeting
5:00-7:30pm	Hosted Dinner by TCTA (Casual)

Schedule subject to change to meet registrants needs

The morning will include your choice of two workshops from the following areas: Acting, Dance, Improv Comedy, Music Theatre, Playwriting, and Theatre Development. The schedule will be announced with your registration confirmation e-mail.

Total cost: $35 (Includes $20 AKT 2010 membership, registration, and Saturday night dinner.) All performers and workshop participants must pay the full-day registration price of $35

*10 Minute Theatre Madness information: Register to bring a 10 minute theatre piece to share. The entries are not adjudicated. Entries can include plays, directing scenes, or staged readings from a script. Entries are not required to have a theatre organization sponsoring their group. All performers must be registered for the March Theatre Madness conference. Additional tickets for friends & familiy wishing to attend the performance are $15 and do not include AKT membership. Performers are required to secure their own royalties for performance of their theatrical piece. TCTA will provide basic theatrical lighting, a table, and two chairs. Please, keep any additional props to a minimum. All entries must be registered in advance.
