All sales are final. Exchanges must be made 48 hours in advance of the reserved show date. TCTA will exchange tickets, if available, for another performance of the same show. If you are unable to use your tickets and prefer a credit slip, please make arrangements to return your unused tickets at least 48 hours in advance of production date.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available in any amount and make wonderful gifts for the holidays, thank you gifts, anniversary or birthday gifts, or any special occasion. Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount of money you choose and are good for one full year from the date of purchase. Call the Box Office to make arrangements.

ACCESSIBILITY

To ensure everyone enjoys our theatre, wheelchair-accessible entrances, seating, and restrooms are provided. If you need special accommodations, please contact the Box Office.

HEARING IMPAIRED SERVICES

The Sheffel Theatre is equipped with an FM Listening System to aid patrons with hearing impairments. Headsets are available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Ask your server for a headset.
